Reflective Journal: Nurturing Well-Being Through Acts of Kindness

No: 2515656 As we go through various phases of life, we realise that the well-being of love often comes from the relationships we build and the kindness we extend to others. The more we grow, the more we realize that happiness is not just about personal success but also about giving space to others to be happy. This thought is very closely related to Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being). Therefore, this awareness became clearer to me when I participated in a welfare program to care for orphans at Rumah Penyayang Darul Ilmi, Gombak, Selangor. Even though this experience has been over 2 years, it is still fresh in my memory.
